These prices are based on weekly lets, for three bedroom apartments and penthouses add 100 pounds. The prices are based on the pound rates, Euros prices are subject to change depending on exchange rates.

Terms and conditions

Deposit:
25% upon reserving apartment (non refundable). Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Breakages/Security Bond:
A bond of £150 is taken to cover any breakages, damage to the property, lost keys, etc, This will be returned to you once we have received the keys and checked the property.

Cancellation Policy.
50% charged if cancelled within 8 weeks
75% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days
